Navid from the YOU ARE HERE-Team met the Iranian musician Hadi Alizadeh who works and lives in Nuernberg for an interview.
Here some information about him:

Hadi Alizadeh was born in Ilam, Iran.
He is a master in playing Daf and Tombak, traditional Persian percussion instruments. He played many concerts, recorded and released a lot of albums, was active for a long time in Radio and Television and wrote books about how to learn playing Daf.

Hadi Alizadeh formed the international band called “Alamto” in which professional musicians take part and offer very beautiful performances.
On October 29th 2016 you can see them live in Nürnberg (8pm at Tafelhalle) with his project Hadi Alizadeh & Friends ‘Maqam’.

Hadi Alizadeh also gives individual lessons for playing Tombak and Daf in Nürnberg.
